All you have to do is, go to Naukri PayCheck page, input your functional area of working, experience in years and current salary. Voila, you will have a graph plotted showing the median salary for people in the industry that you work with equal experience as yours. You can check whether your salary is below or above the average salary paid in your industry.
Now you might be wondering about the credibility of this calculator. Naukri claims that it plots this graph using the salary inputs of millions of existing profiles on Naukri. So, Naukri PayCheck’s results are quite close to reality. Go ahead and play with this tool!
